Our Process
Information Meeting
During our initial meeting, we will thoroughly discuss your current financial situation, overall financial and life goals, your views on investing risk, and your experience as an investor. Our analysis is comprehensive, so you should bring to the meeting the most recent version of your important documents, such as:
- Income tax return
- Bank account statement(s)
- Investment account statement(s)
- Retirement account statements(s) (IRA, Roth IRA, 401(k), 403(b), 457, Pension Plan, etc...)
- Insurance policy statement(s) (life, disability, annuities, long-term care)
- Wills, power of attorney documents, health care proxies, trust documents
- Any other document(s) that you would like reviewed as part of our analysis
Presentation Meeting
Acting solely in the best interests of our clients and with undivided loyalty, we will deliver a customized plan that reflects your specific goals as discussed in our Information Meeting. Your plan will integrate a thorough analysis of your current investments, any appropriate investment reallocation recommendations, a retirement income and asset distribution spend-down analysis, insurance policy review, and a family wealth distribution analysis.
Implementation
After presenting and thoroughly explaining our recommendations, we ask you to sleep on things and consider any questions you may have before making any commitments. Upon your approval and complete satisfaction, we will proceed to implement your financial plan while keeping you involved in the process every step of the way.
Review Meetings
We will conduct periodic review meetings with you to assure that your plan is adapting to financial markets and any life changes. Performance of your investment portfolio will be monitored and reported on an ongoing basis. If adjustments to your plan are necessary, our advice and recommendations are presented and implemented in a thorough and prudent manner in order to keep your financial plan on target.
